To handle cancellations, returns, refunds and customer support requests.

To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud or misuse of the store.

3. Who we share it with

Payment processing: Cashfree Payments, to collect and verify your payment.

Delivery: our logistics partner Shiprocket and the assigned courier, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel.

Service providers who host and operate this website on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing.

4. Storage of your data

Order records are stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorised staff and trusted server-side systems only. We retain order records for as long as required for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your shopping cart between visits and, where you sign in, to keep your session active. We do not use advertising trackers.

6. Your rights
