1. About these terms

This website is operated by Giloy Healthcare LLP. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and information

Our products are Ayurvedic formulations intended as supportive care. Product descriptions, indications and dosages shown on the site are for general information only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Please consult a qualified doctor before starting any product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medicines or managing a chronic condition.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. We may decline or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect address details or stock unavailability.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment partner Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials on our servers. Payment status is verified with the payment gateway before an order is marked as paid.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched through our logistics partner, usually within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Typical delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or regional restrictions. Tracking details are shared once the shipment is picked up.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on +91 88064 44185 or info@doctorpile.com. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged, expired or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the returned item being received and verified.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, product photographs, logos and branding, belongs to Giloy Healthcare LLP or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
